If you have any questions, concerns or issues during games please contact the appropriate number below.
Make sure you are at the track 30 minutes before your events staging time.
If you have any issues go to the rules table at the track an hour before your staging time.
Make sure to do your running events before your throwing events.

If you selected Dance you are in Dance and do not need to check this list. If you selected Bingo, Movie or Swimming please check this list. If you do not see yourself on this list get ahold of John or Brittany. We will add you if there is room. We had a few people put numbers in how many are attending but did not select a choice/option. So you could not be on this list.
