A “Tip-A-Cop” is an official Law Enforcement Torch Run campaign fundraising event where law enforcement officers and department personnel volunteer their time as “Celebrity Waiters” to collect tips to support Special Olympics Oklahoma. So come out and join us at your local O’Connel’s and thank your local law enforcement.
