Key Notes:
  1. A coach will plug in a phone/tablet for music.
  2. After deadline we will get times for heats sent out asap.
  3. Everyone will arrive 15-30minutes before their set competition time.
  4. You will have warm up time then walked over to compete.
  5. Everyone must show up in uniform. If an athlete cannot we have bathrooms to change in its just limited with space.

Competition schedules will be emailed to coaches after registration
