iFLY Oklahoma City – All Abilities Night; Indoor skydiving for individuals who have physical or cognitive challenges.

Sky Zone Sensory Hours- Sensory hours provide a quieter, toned-down jumping experience for those with special needs. Locations – Tulsa, Edmond, Oklahoma City

AMC Sensory Friendly Films – Turned up lights and sound down for those with autism or other special needs. Our Sensory Friendly Film program is available on the second and fourth Saturday (family-friendly) and Wednesday evenings (mature audiences) of every month. Locations include Norman, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Yukon. Owasso, Ardmore, Lawton, and Stillwater.

Regal Sensory-Friendly Movies – Regal’s My Way Matinee gives everyone the opportunity to experience a movie with the lights turned up and the volume turned down. This becomes safe space where our guests are free to express themselves by singing, crying, dancing, walking around, talking or shouting while enjoying Hollywood’s latest films! These showings will be the first show of the day on select Saturdays each month. Locations include Broken Arrow and Moore.

Discover Lab in Tulsa Sensory Friendly Family Time – The second Sunday of each month from 9:30-11:30 a.m., Discovery Lab opens early for families with children on the spectrum and other sensory needs.

Oklahoma City Museum of Art (Accommodations for Visitor with Autism or Sensory Differences) Accommodations include noise cancelling headphones, wiggle seats, fidgets, quiet space, and social narratives. Less crowded on weekdays.

The Oklahoma Aquarium – Sensory Friendly Tuesday (First Tuesday of every month from 6-9pm); With low lights & quiet music, you & your little & big humans alike can explore the Oklahoma Aquarium without the usual crowd-perfect for people that get peopled out easily! Each month has a self-guided scavenger hunt with a prize for everyone that completes it! This event is free with general admission or Oklahoma Aquarium membership.

Oklahoma City Zoo, Tulsa Zoo, and Science Museum Oklahoma have Sensory bags. Sensory bags are designed to help sensory needs in both adults and children. Bags are filled with headphones and fidgets.
